DoAfterSupport Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DoAfterSupport, Inc. (“DoAfterSupport,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Memory-as-a-Service platform (“Services”).

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: phone number, email, and a PIN for onboarding and recovery.
  • SMS/Voice Content: messages, notes, reminders, and voice inputs (transcribed).
  • Metadata: timestamps, message routing data, recall link activity.
  • Device/Usage Data: logs, browser/device type for web recall links.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide the Services (capture, recall, reminders, recovery).
  • To transcribe and semantically tag inputs for retrieval.
  • To generate ephemeral, tokenized recall links.
  • To improve features and system performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations and security requirements.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We may share with service providers (e.g., Twilio for SMS/voice, AWS/Heroku for hosting, Cloudinary for media, OpenAI for transcription/embedding).
  • We may share if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
  • For enterprise deployments, Customer controls data and we process on their instructions.

4. Security

We implement encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), ephemeral tokenized recall links, access controls, and monitoring. See our Security White Paper for details.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law. Users may request deletion or export of their data.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Requests can be sent to privacy@trakxa.com.

7. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction). If we learn that we have collected data from a child without consent, we will delete it.

8. International Transfers

If data is transferred outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be notified (e.g., via site notice, email, or SMS). Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
